Grey Nun Academy is located in Bucks County, Yardley, Pennsylvania. It is situated on 90 acres of ground owned by the Grey Nuns of the Sacred Heart. Also located on the grounds are an Assisted Living Facility, (D’Youville Manor) and the Motherhouse (main headquarters) of the Grey Nuns.

The school itself, consists of a two story building, housing grades Pre-K – 8 and the offices of the Principal, Assistant Principal, Secretaries, Health Room, Science Lab, Computer Lab, and Library. A newly constructed addition, The Moyle Gallery - housing a Conference Room, Challenge Room, Art Room and Music Room - connects the main building to the lunch room and McKenna Center (Gym / Auditorium).

The large Chapel, which is shared by the Motherhouse Sisters and the Residents of D’Youville Manor is also available to the school for Masses and Prayer Services.

The grounds are lush with flowering trees, gardens and a pond. Children are often seen sitting in the Reflection Garden during recess or walking the grounds in a nature study with their teacher.
